Grief flows through us like water. Some days we feel it strong like a huge rapid and other days grief trickles by without us noticing. In my experience grief never fully leaves us, even though society makes us feel like it’s something we have to overcome or eventually not feel anymore. This contradiction makes our grief hard to process whether we lost a loved one 3 months ago or over 10 years ago.
Personally I have attended 12 funerals by the age of 25 and lost 19 loved ones by age 28. My journey has inspired me to reach out to you.
